Lisette Baechtold
Dentist
Dr. Baechtold was born in Louisville, Kentucky. She attended The University of Louisville where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine D.M.D. in 1992. She also attended The University of Kentucky where she obtained her license to practice in Periodontics. Dr. Baechtold has over 20 year of experience in the dental field and has operated her own private practice since 2004 in Richmond, Kentucky. Dr. Baechtold is very personable and builds lasting relationships with her patients. Dr. Baechtold is married to her husband Jim and they have one daughter Lindsay, and 7 fur babies. Dr. Baechtold loves spending her free time with her family; she enjoys watching college football and basketball cheering for both Uof L and UK.
Billie Hall
Registered Dental Hygienist
Billie has been a dental hygienist since 2005; she received her degree from Big Sandy Community and Technical College. Billie loves getting to know her patients while helping them with their oral health. Originally from Pike County, she currently resides in Richmond with her husband Chris and 3 daughters Sydney, Josie, and Kennedy. Outside of the office Billie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family hiking and camping.
Paula Billups
Front Desk
Paula has worked with Dr. Baechtold for 4 years. She is a Madison County native and mom of one son-Julien. She enjoys spending time with her family. Giving back is important to Paula, she supports many organizations however Folds of Honor is closest to her heart. Paula also enjoys event planning and UK Basketball.
Charnell Shewmake
Office Manager
Charnell has worked with Dr. Baechtold for 18 years. She is married to Allan and they have two sons –Chris and Justin, a daughter-in-law Amber, one grandson Xavier and a granddaughter on the way. She loves spending time with her family. Loves her church, cooking, decorating, and re-finishing furniture.
Ronda Vavrosky RDH,BS
Registered Dental Hygienist
Ronda graduated from Weber State University in Ogden, UT in 1998 with a Bachelors Degree in Advanced Dental Hygiene. Ronda has been with Baechtold Family Dentistry for 12 years, and loves the relationships she has developed with her patients. Ronda enjoys golf, gardening, and her golden retrievers, Ozzy and Jake. Ronda has been married to her husband Greg for 33 years and they have one daughter and one granddaughter. They love to travel, golf and have fun together.
Jessica Skeese
Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
Jessica has been an expanded duties dental assistant for 19 years, she has worked with Dr. Baechtold for 5 years. She is married to Steve and they have three children Chloe, Carlee, and Cooper. Jessica loves to spend time with family, attend church, cook, travel, and take naps.
Rachel Spivey
Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
Rachel has been working as an expanded duties dental assistant since 2000. She started working with Dr. Baechtold on West Main in 2002 until Baechtold Family Dentistry was opened in October 2004. Rachel loves her job and the relationship she builds with her patients.Rachel has three wonderful children and a black lab named Diesel.She loves spending time with her family and friends, working on craft/wood projects and being outdoors especially when it’s sunny and warm.
